WWE™ RAW Live Event Report

Location: St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador
Match number one - Shad and JTG (Cryme Tyme), vs. Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas - The World Greatest Tag Team. This match was very good. The ending came when Cryme Tyme hit their finisher on Charlie Haas, a swinging neck breaker, followed up by a fall away slam to pick up the pin-fall victory for their team.
Match number two - Kenny Dykstra vs. Chuck Palumbo. This match was very good. The ending came when Chuck Palumbo hit a Big Boot on Kenny Dykstra to pick up the pin-fall victory.
Match number three - Val Venis vs. Dan Rodman. This match was all right. The ending came when Val Venis hit the Money Shot from off the top rope to pick up the pin-fall victory.
Match number four - WWE™ Women’s Championship
WWE™ Women’s Champion Melina vs. Mickie James. This match was very good. The ending came when Mickie James attempted to roll up Melina. however Melina reversed the roll up and used the ropes to pick up the pin-fall victory to retain her championship.
Match number five - Intercontinental Championship:
Intercontinental Champion Santino Marella vs. The “Masterpiece” Chris Masters. This match was very good. The ending came when Chris Masters attempted to apply the Master Lock, however Santino Marella rolled him up to pick up the pin-fall victory to retain his championship. After this match there was a brief intermission before Match number six started.
Match number six - Eugene vs. Johnny Nitro. This match was very good. The ending came when Johnny Nitro hit some type of neck breaker combination to pick up the pin-fall victory.
Match number seven - World Tag Team Championship:
World Tag Team Champions, Matt and Jeff (The Hardy’s) vs. Lance Cade and The Black Ace (Trevor Murdoch). This match was very good. The ending came when The Hardy’s hit the twist of fate on Lance Cade, followed up with the Swanton Bomb from off the top rope to pick up the pin-fall victory to retain their championship.
Match number eight - The Main Event: WWE Championship.
WWE™ Champion John Cena vs. Randy Orton. This match was very good. Towards the end of the match, The Great Khali came out to help Randy Orton when he hit a choke slam on John Cena. Moments later, Randy Orton attempted to hit the RKO, however it was reversed and John Cena hit the FU to pick up the pin-fall victory to retain his championship.
.An additional comment about the RAW™ Live Event.
The Live Show was very good, plus there seemed to have a lot of fans in attendance. I sure hope this means the WWE™ will return in the near future. I certainly enjoyed the Show.
